Shipping & Delivery Policy
At SAHRÉ, we aim to dispatch all orders within 2–4 business days. Standard and express shipping options are available at checkout.
Shipping Fees: We offer a flat shipping rate of $7.95 and free shipping on orders over $75. Bulk orders/products are calculated at checkout based on destination and delivery method.
Delivery Timeframes: Vary by location. Most Australian metro areas: 3–7 business days. Regional or remote areas may take longer.
Couriers: We use reputable providers (e.g. Australia Post, Sendle, etc.) and provide tracking where available.
Delays: SAHRÉ is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or natural events.

Retail Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full at checkout before any products are dispatched. No order will be shipped until payment has been received and confirmed.
Warranty Policy
Our products are designed with quality, comfort, and care in mind. SAHRÉ offers a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
If a fault occurs, please contact us at info@sahre.com.au with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
We may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Wholesale Payment Terms
- Full payment due within 14 days from invoice date unless agreed otherwise.
- Prices are in AUD and exclusive of GST.
- Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee.
- Title of goods remains with SAHRÉ until full payment is received.
- Invoice disputes must be raised in writing within 7 days.
Custom Order Policy
- Custom orders may be accepted on request.
- A 50% deposit may be required.
- Lead times vary depending on complexity.
- Custom orders are non-refundable, except in the case of defects.
Social Media & Marketing Disclaimer
By tagging or submitting content to SAHRÉ, you grant permission for us to use your content in marketing.
